Course Description

Many CSP Ministers carry quiet stress about money. This course creates a space to explore that honestly and to build a more sustainable relationship between your calling and your livelihood.

While we work with non-ordinary states of consciousness, we still live within ordinary economic reality. For many healers, money can become a source of shame or fear. Perhaps you sidestep conversations about budgeting or retirement. Maybe you feel guilt or uncertainty about what you charge.

The intention of this course is to cultivate clarity, sufficiency, and integrity in how we relate to money and our work in the world. It’s an invitation to bring your values into how you earn and spend, and to build a financial foundation that can support your calling over time.

Learning Objectives

Conversations in the course are held in a spirit of confidentiality, mutual respect, and non-judgment, so participants can speak honestly about experiences that may be difficult to discuss elsewhere. Much of the learning will come through listening to one another’s experiences. Through this shared inquiry and reflection, participants will:

  1. Better understand their personal history and patterns with money;
  2. Feel less isolated and more grounded in conversations about finances;
  3. Develop the clarity and courage to make shifts in their pricing, marketing, or budgeting that support their life and ministry; and
  4. Create a clearer framework for aligning money with their values and work.
