Integration is actually the most important part of the process of Awakening. These video provides a series of small group discussion guides to continue your integration. 

We recommend that you gather on a video conferencing platform (Zoom, FaceTime, GoogleMeet, etc.) where one person can share their screen and play the video. There will be instructions to pause the video and then reflect and share. Then you can start the video again for more instructions and so on. We expect these sessions will take between 45 minutes and an hour. Thank you . . . and thank yourself . . . for continuing the integration process!
